All parents/caregivers who enroll students in St. Andrew School are required to read and acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the policies and terms below. Kindly download these for your reference BEFORE completing the online enrollment form, which requires you to digitally sign acceptance of all terms therein.
All families are required to sign THIS FORM and return to the school office, for the attention of “The Book Keeper” as soon as possible. Automatic withdrawals from your bank account cannot be processed without this form, and a new form is required each academic year.
